Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring timely delivery of critical items

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and document management systems
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Execution-oriented mindset, comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
