Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and support transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management and execution of multiple live M&A deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and key deal economics, while developing and maintaining deal models
• Coordinate transaction documentation and closing processes, ensuring alignment across all deliverables and managing data room requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRMs and document management systems, with a proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
