Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Focused on executing M&A deals from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with data rooms and document management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
