Job Summary
Focused on executing M&A deals from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with data rooms and document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
