Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment and drive stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset and a passion for modernizing the construction industry
