Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, perform financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation and integration planning, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks as necessary
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, purchase price mechanics, and deal economics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related transaction roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRM systems and data room management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Analytical skills with a strong focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
