Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, perform financial analysis, and support transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Manage due diligence processes, including building checklists and coordinating functional teams to synthesize findings and escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in CRMs and data room management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and due diligence synthesis
