Job Summary

To support the execution of M&A deals, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, perform financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation and post-close integration activities, working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live M&A deals from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and document management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
