Job Summary
To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, with a focus on driving integration planning in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists and coordinating functional teams while synthesizing findings and escalating risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
- Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
