Job Summary
The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close while working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO, focusing on project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks as necessary
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems
