Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and support transaction documentation while working in-person at the Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings, while escalating risks as necessary
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring accurate investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
