Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks including due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management for multiple live deals, ensuring alignment and tracking from LOI through close
• Coordinate and synthesize functional diligence across various teams, escalating risks as necessary
• Perform financial analysis and maintain deal models to support valuation and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with CRMs and data room management
