Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, perform financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation and integration planning, with a hybrid work arrangement in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Lead deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Manage diligence processes and synthesize findings, escalating risks as necessary
- Conduct financial analysis and develop deal models to support valuation and purchase price mechanics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRMs and document management systems
