Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and perform financial analysis while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely completion from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks effectively
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles with strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and due diligence synthesis
  • Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
