Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
  • Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuations and develop deal models, ensuring timely delivery of critical documents
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience managing project workflows and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems, including data room management
