Job Summary

To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, with a focus on both remote and in-person collaboration.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence by managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
