Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
• Oversee financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and investment committee materials, while managing data room requests and documentation
• Coordinate closing processes and post-close integration planning to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or other deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and drive stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Experience with CRMs, data rooms, and document management systems
