Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks, lead due diligence, perform financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
