Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a driven Corporate Development Associate (M&A) for a full-time position based in Columbia, MO, who will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and coordination of transaction documentation and post-close integration.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience managing project timelines and stakeholder communications in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems
