Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks as needed
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring timely delivery of documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
