Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project coordination, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis while working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRMs and data rooms for document management
