Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working both remotely and in-person in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
