Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live M&A deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, developing deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in managing data rooms and documentation
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills to interface effectively with executives, operators, and external advisors
