Job Summary

To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, with a combination of remote and in-person work in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and develop investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems
