Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks early in the process
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring timely document organization and transaction documentation support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset and a passion for modernizing the construction industry
