Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and document management tools
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
