Job Summary

To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will own deal execution from LOI through close, managing project workflows, leading due diligence, conducting financial analysis, and coordinating transaction documentation both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks
  • Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and document management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
