Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in CRMs and document management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
