Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Focused on M&A deal execution, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, and conduct financial analysis while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with functional teams and escalating risks as needed
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and key deal economics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and deal execution roles
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and external advisors
