Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, and perform financial analysis while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and develop investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience managing project workflows and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems
