Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and conduct financial analysis while working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks as needed
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, while maintaining deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRMs and document management systems, with strong communication skills to interface with various stakeholders
