Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation and integration planning, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuations and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRMs, data rooms, and document management systems
