Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning, while working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks as necessary
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, while developing and maintaining deal models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in fast-paced environments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, capable of interfacing with executives and external advisors
