Job Summary
The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning, while working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks as necessary
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, while developing and maintaining deal models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in fast-paced environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, capable of interfacing with executives and external advisors
