Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and perform financial analysis while working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live M&A deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely completion from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts, including building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and investment committee materials, while maintaining deal models and sensitivity analyses
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related transaction roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and document management, including data rooms
