Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring timely delivery of critical documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in using CRMs and data room management tools
