Job Summary

To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead due diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in fast-paced environments
  • Comfort with CRMs and document management systems, particularly data rooms
