Job Summary
Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
