Job Summary
Seeking a driven Corporate Development Associate (M&A) to work full-time in a hybrid capacity, responsible for managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation, develop models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in fast-paced environments
