Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional in-person responsibilities, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related transaction roles
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with a high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
