Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional in-person requirements, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from letter of intent through closing, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks as necessary
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models while managing data room and transaction documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles focused on deal execution
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems, such as HubSpot and data rooms
