Job Summary
Working remotely while reporting to headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks early
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and document management
- Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines
