Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation, working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
- Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks early
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
