Job Summary

Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models while managing data room requests and transaction documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles focused on deal execution
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills to interface effectively with executives, operators, and external advisors
