Job Summary

To support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage deal processes from letter of intent through closing, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning, while working remotely and reporting to the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live M&A deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence
  • Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks as needed
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems, particularly in relation to M&A processes
