Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working remotely and reporting to the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts, including building checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with CRMs and data room management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
