Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional in-person requirements, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management for multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
• Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRMs and document management systems, including data rooms
