Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working remotely with occasional in-person requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks as needed
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, investment committee materials, and manage data room deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and document management, with a focus on M&A transactions
