Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a driven Corporate Development Associate (M&A) to work full-time, either remotely or in-person at our Columbia, MO headquarters, where they will manage M&A deal execution from LOI to close, oversee due diligence processes, and conduct financial analysis to support transaction documentation and integration planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live M&A deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and manage data room deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related transaction roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and document management systems, with a proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
