Job Summary
Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and coordination of transaction documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring timely data room management and documentation support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems and document management, with a proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
