Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional in-person requirements, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks as needed
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
