Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional in-person collaboration, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring alignment and tracking from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and manage data room requests and documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
  • Proactive and self-directed with a passion for modernizing the construction industry
